Several years ago we introduced the VDH Alfanet Server Program [VASP] system as an advanced monitoring and control software on which several VDH controllers can be connected. Along with the VASP system we also at the time introduced the Annual Software Updates Subscription [ASUS] for the VASP software. One of the most popular controller for which VASP is used are the Proba ripening controllers.
Currently there are already a few hundred VASP systems running worldwide, for which we provide the necessary support and for which we have expanded the Service & Support department of VDH Products. One of the advantages of a VASP license is that you have the right to free service and support.
