Several components necessary for producing the Proba 110 system are or will become obsolete in the near future which will result in non-producing of the Proba 110 system.
The Proba 110 system includes the following parts;
- Proba 110/3 Controller
- Proba 120 Interface
- Proba 120 Windows PC Software
Proba 110/3 Controller
Only in consultation with the sales department of VDH Products replacement parts and spare parts for the Proba 110 controller can be offered. Delivery of spare and replacement parts for hardware can be guaranteed until 2020. The maintenance and support period for the Proba 110 controller has come to an end.
Proba 120 Interface
VDH Products BV does not supply any maintenance and service to the Proba 120 interface. Delivery of spare
and replacement parts for the Proba 120 interface can be guaranteed until 2020.
The maintenance and support period for the Proba 120 controller has come to an end.
Proba 120 Windows PC Software
VDH Products BV does not supply any maintenance, support or service to the Proba 120 Windows PC software . The Proba 120 Windows PC software will only be delivered under the strict condition that no guarantee can be given on a correct working operating software. The continuous development of Microsoft Windows may cause problems on a correct working of the Proba 120 Windows PC Software. The maintenance and support period for the Proba 120 Windows PC Software controller has come to an end.
Maintenance and support period:
The time period that VDH Products BV may release any maintenance releases or bug fixes to the
Software and hardware of the Proba 110 system. From the 1st of June 2016, VDH Products BV will no longer develop, repair, maintain or test the software & hardware of the Proba 110 system. VDH Products disclaims all liability arising out of failures or errors due to the ending of maintenance and support.
End of sale
The product will be phased out for sales at the 1st of September 2016. The last order has to be placed until the 31st of August 2016.
Orders received after this date will not be accepted by VDH Products BV.
The efforts and difficulties on securing the obsolete components are increasing and result in additional costs. Due to this we inform you that the list price of the Proba 110 controller will be increased from the 1st of July 2016.
