Several components necessary for producing the FC 785-PC system are or will become obsolete in the near future which will result in non-producing of the FC 785-PC system.
FC 785-PC system includes the following parts;
* FC 785-PC controller
* FC 785-PC software module for Alfanet PC software
FC 785-PC controller
Only in consultation with the sales department of VDH Products replacement parts and spare parts for the FC 785-PC controller can be offered. Delivery of spare and replacement parts for hardware can be guaranteed until 2020. The maintenance and support period for the FC 785-PC controller has come to an end.
FC 785-PC software module for Alfanet PC software
VDH Products BV does not supply any maintenance, support or service to FC 785-PC software module for the Alfanet PC software. The maintenance and support period for the FC 785-PC software module for the Alfanet PC software has come to an end.
Maintenance and support period:
The time period that VDH Products BV may release any maintenance releases or bug fixes to the software & hardware of the FC 785-PC. From the 1st of June 2016, VDH Products BV will no longer develop, repair, maintain, or test the software & hardware of the FC 785-PC system. VDH Products disclaims all liability arising out of failures or errors due to the ending of maintenance and support.
The efforts and difficulties on securing the obsolete components are increasing and result in additional costs. Due to this we inform you that the list price of the FC 785-PC controller will be increased from the 1st of July 2016.
End of sale
The product will be phased out for sales at the 1st of October 2016. The last order has to be placed until the 31st of September 2016. Orders received after this date will not be accepted by VDH Products BV.
